Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Richard Casino ("we", "us", "our") covering everything you do on aussierichard.com — visiting any page, registering an account, depositing, betting, withdrawing, contacting support, or using any related service. By using the site you confirm you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Who Can Play

You may register and play at Richard Casino only if all of the following are true on the day you create your account and remain true for as long as the account is open:

Your Account

Two-factor authentication
Strongly recommended on every account. Available in account settings. Enabling it protects you from credential-stuffing attacks; without it, the entire risk of unauthorised account access is yours.
Account security
Keep your password confidential. Never share your login with anyone, including someone claiming to be Richard Casino support — we will never ask for your password through chat or email. If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, contact support immediately.
Multiple accounts
If we detect that one person controls more than one account — through matching ID, address, IP, payment method, device fingerprint, or behavioural pattern — we will close all but the original account, void any bonus winnings on the duplicate accounts, and may permanently bar the player.
Account dormancy
An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. We will email a 30-day notice before applying any dormancy fee permitted by our licence. Funds in a dormant account are never confiscated and remain payable to you on identity verification.

Identity Verification (KYC)

We are required by anti-money-laundering law to verify the identity of every player before processing any withdrawal. Verification is also triggered by certain deposit thresholds and by routine periodic review. You agree to cooperate fully with verification requests, even if it interrupts withdrawal timing.

Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID, a proof of address no older than 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter), and for card deposits a partial photo of the card with middle digits and CVV redacted. Higher-risk reviews may require additional source-of-funds evidence.

Documents are reviewed by our compliance team and by specialist identity-verification providers who handle the data under contractual data-processing agreements. Most verifications complete within four hours during business hours. If we cannot verify your identity from the documents you provide, we will request alternatives. If verification ultimately fails, we close the account and return your verifiable deposits less any bonus winnings.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Money Movement

Minimum deposit
A$20 (or local-currency equivalent) on every supported method.
Maximum deposit
A$10,000 per transaction for fiat methods; A$50,000 per transaction for cryptocurrency. Daily and monthly aggregate limits apply and can be tightened in account settings.
Settlement currency
Account base currency you chose at registration. We do not charge conversion fees on deposit; your bank or processor may charge their own.
Withdrawal speed
Cryptocurrency: under four minutes on average once approved. E-wallets: 24–48 hours. Bank transfers: 3–5 business days. Withdrawals are reviewed by a human before release; this adds minutes, not days.
Withdrawal fees
We do not charge withdrawal fees. Network fees on crypto, and incoming-transfer fees from your own bank, are outside our control.
Method matching
Anti-money-laundering rules require us to return funds to the source where possible. We may require the original deposit amount to be withdrawn back to the depositing card, with winnings going to your nominated bank or e-wallet.
Suspicious activity
We may delay or refuse a withdrawal if it triggers AML or fraud rules. We will tell you a withdrawal is on hold and what additional information we need; we are sometimes legally restricted from saying more than that.

Bonus balances and bonus winnings are subject to wagering. Real-money balance — your unspent deposit — is withdrawable at any time, but withdrawing while a bonus is active will typically forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings. Read the specific bonus terms before claiming.

Bonuses, Free Spins, and Promotions

We run promotions of three kinds: a one-time welcome bonus on first deposit, recurring offers (cashback, reload bonuses, tournament entries), and one-off campaigns. Each promotion has its own terms shown alongside the offer. The general rules below apply to all of them unless a specific promotion overrides them.

Welcome bonus
Up to A$7,500 plus 500 free spins on first deposit. Minimum qualifying deposit A$20. Wagering requirement 40× the bonus before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Maximum bet A$5 per spin or hand while the bonus is active. Free spins are released in batches over the first five days. Bonus expires 30 days after credit.
Wagering requirement
The cumulative amount you must stake before bonus winnings unlock. Pokies typically contribute 100% to wagering; table games and live dealer often contribute 10% or less because their house edge is much smaller. Exact contribution percentages are published with each promotion.
Maximum bet while wagering
A$5 per spin or hand during wagering, unless a specific promotion sets a different cap. Placing a single bet above the limit while the bonus is active forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Restricted games

Bonus abuse
Patterns that we treat as bonus abuse and that void the bonus and any winnings from it: chip dumping between accounts, low-risk pattern betting designed to clear wagering with minimal exposure, registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, and use of automated tools.
Bonus expiry
Each promotion shows its expiry. After expiry, the bonus and any unwagered bonus winnings are removed from the account.
Promotion changes
We may modify or end a promotion at any time. Changes do not affect bonuses already credited under the previous terms.

Fair Play and Game Outcomes

Every game in the lobby uses a certified random number generator from the game's studio. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness by accredited test laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) for each game is the long-run statistical average; it is not a guarantee for your session.

We do not interfere with game outcomes, and we do not adjust RTP based on your account, your betting pattern, or your deposit history. The math built into casino games favours the house over time without any tampering, and that is the only edge involved.

What You Cannot Do

Using Richard Casino in any of the following ways is a material breach of these Terms.   • Sharing your account or accessing someone else's account.

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform.
  • Chip dumping, soft play, or other forms of collusion in multi-player games.
  • Using the chat or any communication channel to abuse staff, threaten violence, or post illegal content.
  • Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for legitimate transactions you authorised.
  • Providing false information at registration, KYC, or in support communications.
  • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is criminally prohibited for the player.

Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the site and play the games for personal, non-commercial use through the official aussierichard.com URLs and any official mobile application we publish. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, redistribute, scrape, or extract content; the right to use any part of the site for commercial purposes; or the right to remove or alter copyright notices.

Disclaimers

None of these limits exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded — fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any non-excludable statutory consumer right.

Where a third party (for example a payment processor or a game studio) causes a loss, we will use reasonable efforts to assist you in pursuing that party, but we are not responsible for the third party's acts or omissions.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right. We will tell you promptly of any claim that triggers this indemnity and cooperate reasonably with your defence of it.

Disputes and How to Resolve Them

If something goes wrong, the fastest path to a resolution is almost always live chat. Most disputes — a delayed withdrawal, a misapplied bonus, a game malfunction — get resolved in one conversation when you provide a transaction or session ID. If our support team cannot resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, escalate it to our internal Player Dispute team by email to [email protected]. State the facts clearly, attach any evidence, and give us 14 days to respond.

If the internal escalation does not resolve the dispute, you may refer it to the independent alternative-dispute-resolution body recognised by our licensing authority. Australian players retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (accc.gov.au) under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Termination and Account Closure

By you
You can close your account at any time from account settings or by emailing support. We process the closure within one business day. Verifiable balance is paid out, subject to KYC and any active wagering requirements. Closure is permanent unless we agree in writing to reopen.
Self-exclusion
Available in your account dashboard. Choose a period from 6 months to permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. We honour self-exclusion across any related operator under the same group.
By us
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, regulator request, court order, an unresolved KYC failure, or a substantiated fraud or AML concern. We give written notice where legally permitted. Where the breach is serious, suspension is immediate and notice follows.
Effect of closure
On closure, real-money balance verified through KYC is paid to you using a method you previously used to deposit. Bonus balances and bonus winnings are forfeit. Outstanding bets settle according to the game rules. We retain account records for the period required by AML law.

Changes to These Terms, Governing Law, and How to Reach Us

For material changes (a new prohibition, a new fee, a change to dispute resolution), we notify registered account holders by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Richard Casino is licensed. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence — including the Australian Consumer Law for Australian players and the EU Consumer Rights Directive for EU/EEA players — continue to apply where they cannot be displaced by contract.
